hope i can get more attention here. i am starting development of a 3d third person game. it wont be a shooter, more of a detective game. so now, i am busy with the coding and creating algorithms, i need modellers who will do low poly modelling of the characters and buildings in the game. since my coding level is way---way up than my modelling level, i wish to stick to coding only. this game is supposed to be freeware so i cant afford to pay anybody.

Any concept sketches for levels and characters? I'd like to help, but I warn, I have a problem with heads right now... And I've yet to go lo-poly. Elaborate on story, etc. please.

It's not the destination that's important... It's all in the journey.

The end product is less important than the process to get there. Much to learn young grasshopper.

well, the story goes like this.(i dont want to give away all the story)

there is this detective guy, he is pursuing some kidnappings. and ends up in a mess of a gang planning on some big terriorist attack and the like.

i want to change some specs of the story to make it more of a story based thinking game than a half-bred shooter so i am changing the story.

now as far as my coding goes, i can load up the model and use the mesh for moving around. right now, i am working on the collision detection.

i dont have any particular type of guy in mind. any creative guy, with textures will be appreciated. animation will be of four parts. idle(just shaking his head), walk, run and use/fire. some walking characters for the backgound people. i have a basic design of the city. i will post it up when i am satisfied with it.

and finally, thanx for stepping up.
