Opening .hdr format in Max? help

I am following the HDRI brazil tutorial and when it asks to open the .hdr image, however .hdr extension does not show up and if I pick show all and opent it then I get a "not recognized" error.

Radience Image File is not there for me, please help.

I think this should fix your problem... download the hdri file at the bottom of the page and put it in your max plugin folder and you should be good to go.
