nice start of the sculpt but as for further coments just dont know where to start.
first of all you have lots to do before going to texture phase. i wouldnt call this sculpt finished - just a start cause lots of details are missing and these that are - needs refining.
then anatomy is kind of weard. i would advise you to use reference - even pros use them .
