probably won't have time to finish this one but thought I'd give it a go anyway :D

here's my wips so far on a mermaid. all crits and comments are welcome!

and shucks, feel bad I havn't chosen something bad ass enough for y'all :P I guess its so rare these days I can dust off my wacom and get drawing that I went for the easy option! I hope I can pull it back with some nice detailing!

@washka - great suggestion with the blue underlighting. it was in my original sketch and then went warmer. but looking now a day on and I think your right! it'll help with underwater feel.
