This should be pretty awesome... you doing both characters? Oh man do I know that feeling... having an image in your head but waiting years to attempt it because you know it's beyond your current skill level...

That's lookin really good... are you using Clay Polish with dynamesh? Just wondering because your surface is super clean and the planes of the face are popping nicely.

i've never used claypolish.
This is just the smooth, clay buildup, hpolish, pinch and damstandard.

Thought i'd make a start on Dante's face as well.
Considering that his face design seems to change with each iteration of DMC i made this face up, not happy with the mouth area yet but enough done for today :)

The styles are quite different, so im gonna try and pull those 2 together a bit more later one.

So here's another wip update, Started on Dante, mostly just to be annoying since it seems Kratos is the more popular of the 2 :P

Love making this, learning so much in the process of this and its going as i had hoped, and so much more time left "rubs hands"
I build all the parts separately, so that's why there are still seams around the neck and hands, i am leaving them as separate subtools for now so i can still easily tweak and move them around.

Woah missed this somehow... can't believe you haven't gotten any comments on this update.

Looking rock solid so far...I don't think I can really crit anything except maybe try to get a more consistent thickness on his collar? It looks like you had a tiny hiccup on the seam of his coat toward the bottom but I really have no idea how you'd fix it.

Yea i dunno, i'm still working hard on it, but ive stopped updating this page for now, deliver the build sheets at the end.

Thanks for the comments tho, i think i can get the wavyness of the collar out when i retopo him, and i think i will have to redo that bit of sculpting at the bottom of the coat.

Solid sculpt dude, IMO he looks too skinny no the waist. Kratos is not chunky, but he looks heavy, maybe add a bit of thickness to his waist and back. keep it up.
