Nice start on your Sheldon, looks like he will be ready for a game of rock/paper/scissors/lizard/Spock soon! :D Personally I would try to go with a bit more stylized approach on him.
Keep it up and I'm looking forward to see him finished! Oh, almost forgot...live long and prosper! :)

Thanks for comments guys.

salevongeist- You are right that i should make him more stylized. I was thinking about longer fingers, cartoonish background and details like that. And maybe some stylized hair, cause i am stucked on trying create nice one with hair and fur modifier:)

You may need to stylize that face too. It looks very real to me. If it wasnt 2AM, I would try something. Maybe tomorrow :)

... so, Green Lantern T-shirt? :D

You may need to stylize that face too. It looks very real to me. As JAPO said, try to match level of stylization through all parts of the character (stylized hair on semi realistic head could look strange).
Keep up and keep us posted! :)

Thanks you Japo for that head. I have been trying go so crazy with the stylization ,
but after several disasters i realized i dont know create the caricature ( it always looked like some alien or what:D ) So i decided to make just a little cartoonish style there.
Its not what i have wanted at the beginnning, but hope its not so bad.
Please give me some suggestions, bigger eyes?, smaller head? normal eyebrow?
Hope ill find enough time this week for finalizing this project, finger crossed.

heya there :) Great progress. I should get moving, time is running short.

As for suggestion, key phrase is "make prominent features exaggerated". To make some feature exaggerated, you may have to put it in contrast with other feature, which you should diminish.

That is take a look at Jim Parson's face, and try to notice what makes the face so distinct. When I look at his pictures, I see big forehead, sharp lower jaw, cheeks falling in, narrow nose, dimples at the corner of mouth, defined area between upper lip and nose framed by nose lines, sealed lips, tired eyes. And very distinct smile. Sort of like Grinch. The 3 pictures should illustrate what I mean.

When you identify those characteristic parts, all you have to do is exaggerate them as you see fit. Eyes more tired, cheeks caved in, even sharper lower jaw, big forehead...

Fu, Here i came with final look i think. I havent manage to make more caricature look of him. I need more practise with it:)
Thank you very much JAPO for the tips, i will keep em in mind really.
Last few hour it was driving me mad, cause i didnt have a clue about the final image. So i did a simple background. I have modeled some more things like table, board with Theory of relativitiy on it , but it was waay full of things.
If you have any tips what to improve, just some last touches, (maybe a little rotated position of him?) just let me know, i will try to improve it:)

Good job :)
As for the background, turn your weakness to your strength. Let me explain: if you modeled the character with no concept and have no time to match the scene to the character, think about some other use for it. For example a poster image, magazine cover... Nobel prize award :D
Disney has posters for their films, sometimes featuring individual characters (Aladdin, Jasmine, Genie, Carpet, grand vizier whose name I dont remember...).
