I like the style !
But...

Textures could (and should) be improved. Apart from that, everything looks too generic... And could use some detailing here and there.

Keep it up !

yeah aur8l. I totally agree, This was a final year project at the university, so had to work on many things at once and at one point I had to just model, texture and export which my work suffered from. All in all I’m happy with it, but clearly this is a level that could have been taking even further.

@ alifarsangi - Cheers for your comment. As this was my final year project I am just going to leave it as it is and move on to another project in my spare time. I just finished my digital arts education so is looking for a job right now, so my full concentration is on that. But my walkthrough + showreel is on editing mode right now, should be up next week.

I was just on your website, some good models you got on there.

Hey not bad for a final show reel. Couple of critiques if you dont mind. I know you said you were probably not going to work on the environment anymore but it couldnt hurt to break up some of the texturing a bit as there is a lot of flat color if you ever plan on using the same style again. The characters look ok but feel very stiff even though they are in a T stance. What may help for future projects is to maybe put some of your characters in a pose so that it looks more natural and nicer for the eyes. Did you do any textures for these guys? When I did my reel I always thought it was best (maybe my opinion?) to include the texture images along with the size of the textures to show people how small you can go for your details. May also help to include the poly count for the characters when showing the wireframe.

Just my two cents :) I hope you continue to crank out more stuff!
