Hi,
Me,Goj,and another few people have currently set up a First Person RPG. We are planning to make our own engine, unless it becomes clear a pre-built engine would be much more benificial.

First of all, we are planning to make the game an Online/Offline RPG. You will carry out the game Offline, and play the game in the community Online.

In the Online option, you will be able to build houses, get jobs, do quests, and be a aprt of the community. The "build housing" option is so you dont have to pay to sleep in Inns every night. You will also be able to train/keep pets. You can train them to be fighters,and enter them in copetitions, or go hunting with them.

The offline option will not be started and/or planned until we have the online option running.

We are currently looking for:
3d/2d artists (for props, characters, and other organic models)
Level Designers (to create the world of re-written)
Concept Artists (to design the characters and animals of re-written)
Programmers (to create the engine)
Music Composers

Hands down to you guys and best wishes all the same, may the force be with you, may God be one your side, and hopefully your the Ones. ;) :D I'm not taking the rip honestly, i wish you and the team that joins you the very best..

I'm currently workin for a Ut2k3/4 mod team http://www.lawdogs-mod.com so i can't help, but that's hard enough on it's own let allong making a whole new engine and all the above..
anyway i look forward to seeing what you guys can do, i've just got some quiestons in the back of my head that are really bugin me at the moment..
is this going to be a internet team or are you going to group in one place.?
and do you plan to make money on this..?

1.It's going to be a team run across the internet.

2.No we do not plan to make money from this. Although, if we think it's good enough, we will send it of to a publisher.

I love your mod, its great. I play it all the time. :D

Only problem is you need to add a more explosive weapon in it, like a molotov launcher or something, because I love playing with "Symetic" and it doesn't work when I have a shotgun and the mechs have rockets. :D
