I must say that you have alot good 3d work on your page
and i mean ALOT!

and check there. You dont need to take them but you can check the design of them. And make little more like them.

And you dont use thumbnails for the images.. you have ust resized them.. with the same kb count... not good for 56k users. well

Other than what he said I would take some of the images and work with them. Post them here in the forums. You have a few texturing (stretch, UV map) and lighting issues. Also I would only put up your best work. Quality is better than quantity. The face models are pretty good. You could have a few views in each image composited together in photoshop. I would not repeat models. If the images are of the same model I would put it in its own window. Just some sujestions.
