Hi we are currently in need of modellers, it would be good if you were able to skin too but no everyone can, so even if u cant skin we're glad to have new modellers.

If you're making something different or new to the original game.

But it looks like they are modeling original stuff from c&c and using that in their mod, is that still legal?

DUDE... modding is not illegal, if they give you the sdk pack then its fine... so you say that counter strike was illegal?? say that all the hl2 mods coming out is illegal... come on man common sense...

Don't get frustrated man. It's a serious question. Counterstrike was an original idea which they implemented as a Mod for HL.
But what these guys are doing is kinda "updating" RA2. They don't have any original ideas. They just copy RA models into a new engine.

Though I really like the idea of rather highpoly RA playing I wonder if this is legal.

Uhm we're not planning to sell it:p . Plus the game company made money off of counter strike too, it was legal.
