Make a spline, go into trejectories ( wheel on right panel ), Click on Position XYZ, click on button that looks like ?, choose Path constraint, choose path, adn don't forget to click follow. There u go. Instant rolling car.
first of all, please change the topics name to "help animating cars" or something like that...
heres a good tutorial http://www.3dm-mc.com/tutorials/auto/
heres another one, for rotating the wheels http://www.rethinkfx.com/tutorials/ball.htm

urgh! i wasnt implying that i listen to country, but i had an indecent exposure to it as a small child. Im more of a white zombie guy myself. anyways, when im trying to animate my car using the converting trajectories of the front wheels to splines, then assigning a roll along path modifier, the wheels dont stay linked to the car, and theyget ahead or behind it. I cannot see what im doing different than in the tut, any ideas?
