New Mod Dracten Looking for 3D modelers

hey everyone,

my name is Talnova,

I am working on a new mod idea and half life 2 mod.
It's Called "Dracten"

Me and my small team have been working on the project for awhile.

Why? am I doing this game?..
I am sick of seeing the same game designs and game clones.

I wanted to do something scarry, something with interesting characters and plenty of action and puzzles.
Also some new creature designs unlike seen in most video games.

I can't think of any game where you can play:
A Gryphon for example in FPS or Third person view and also be able to pilot mechs or strange alien type vehicles.

I also wanted to make sure it had a original story design to it and awesome game play.

Hi all,

not to flame but I joined this mod a while ago and left it after a few months. This was because someone posted a link in the irc channel to a webpage that proved that this guy, who calls himself Talnova, used to steal art. After this I had a chat with Talnova and he admitted that he, in the past, indeed had stolen art and put his own signature under it. With this information I desided to leave the mod, but later on the even tried to steal work which i had done using a friend of mine who also worked on this mod... Talnova asked my friend to ask to me if he could have the files so he could learn from them and he was supposed to send them to Talnova. Luckely my friend told me about this and Talnova never got my files :)
Again, I don't mean to flame and I think everyone on this forum is old and wise enough to deside for themselves. I just thought you guys should know this...

Well you did what you thought was right whoot, and i commend you for that. If this guy steals art, then so be it, it's telling us that he is to lazy to do any himself.

If that is the case, then good luck with this mod, i am sure tons of people will be angre at him...
