23 because there are a lot of wierd coincidences about that number, 42 because it's the answer to life, the universe & everything & 0 because everything stems from nothing. Did you know that some ancient civilisations like the sumarians had no concept of 0? When you think about it, how can they have had? No human being will really experience 'nothing' in their lives - it's a complete abstract that we now take for granted.
