Lip Sink

Hey , does anyone know how to do lip sink?. Im using Maya but its really hard.:(

i gues u mean lip sync or?
since u are from Australia i can't imagine that u would spell wrong :)

anyway lip sync is hard but first of do some blend shapes of your face whit expression.
