Hi, ive just started my final year project in college. I am workin with a wildlife park from Jerrsey, and have to produce an educational video, that has to last between 8-10 min in lenght, i only have 8 weeks for this project so u will see this post constantly updated :o Ive been workin on an intro to the animation using there Logo, here is what ive got so far,

1) the logo disolves into the screen.
2)text rise from bottom to join the bird.
3,4) we have a highlight that gives extra emphasis on what the organization do.
5) traditional cartoon ending with the black circle shrinking down round the birds head, and fades out black.

The project will be made up of both 2D and 3D work.

Im in the process of creating 2 Cartoon frog that will go with the provided script ( 8pages:( ) these frogs will be the narators for the video. Ill have updates prob every 2 days or so, and ill have a pic of the 2 frogs up in the next few days.

i might need somone 2 help with the recording of the script, with there beeing 2 characters, i prob wont be able to make the 2 seem different, ill need to speak to my tutor about this, but u never know :)

What level are you doing this at?
Im guessing the dates are different in Scotland as well though im not sure.
Im on art&design foundation and we dont start ours "officially" until after Easter though we get to do research a bit.
Anyway looks good and good-luck :D

Characters are simple and fun which is what I like in characters and would suit a wildlife promotional park (aimed at wee-ones[I have Scottish family friends] this would make sense);)

hi, im on my 2nd year, of an HND in Animation, i am goin on 2 do another year come this september, and that will give me my Degree in Animation and Digital art :D

hi, forgot 2 update :o here are the 2 characters Matt & Tina, i have also included the concept storyboard, just a rough outline of the story, ill try and get a better scan of it for next week :D

here is the opening shot of the character in her suroundings, this is the 1st shot after the title animation, she waves for a bit, while introducing herself and then moves her arm down by her side, ill be usin animated jpegs for the mouth, to simulate talkin, :halo:

hi, its been a long time since i last posted, but ive been workin really hard :o im having trouble with the background, i felt the other 1 i had was to drastic a difference from the frog. so i made this new 1, what u guys think ? ive been getting all the other characters drawn up, and ill have them online soon :)
