Bathroom

Hi all!
Ok, Im doing a bathroom... and this is the first pic.
Can someone help me with the mirror... It´s the big white thing. :grr:
I don´t get it... I have rendered the image alot of times now but it won´t reflect and look like a mirror. What´s wrong? I´m using Maya and render in mental ray.

is it polys?...if it is maybe the faces are facing the wrong way...check the normals..that´s what i think of off the top of my head...i dont know if it matter or not...but wrong turned faces can f*** things up good...

OK, Here´s an update... Fixed the mirror and some stuff... The problem with the mirror was that the shader was white instead of black.
It´s still bad quality on the render, but I´ll fix that later on.

i see that its supposed to be open..but its to plain i think..if u'r going to keep it open, work on the texturing..and stuff..:)

the bathroom..there isnt much in it..and thats cool..i like it non cluttered..but i dont know it just doesnt look "complete" if you know what I'm saying

where can i hang my towel and/or get a new one? where is the soap? How about the shampoo and all those products my girlfriend uses... my toothbrush the centrall heating element...
