are you using a sketch/reference? well, i can see too much hard edges... try to smooth it... the ears are a little strange, and the angles of the eyes are wrong imo...
keep it up
well, yes the ears are somehow strange, maybe because they don't follow the head shape (seems too far from the head), and as RodrigoRosa said, they are some sharpen area on the face that you can smooth.
but it's a nice looking head :D

delete the faces at the lips.. IT lookes strange with closed lips :p

yes well tow or three things...
first things meshsmooth and poly taht aren't quads don't work well try making poly with only four verticles
Secondly try too smooth your wire donc make hard angle even with the low poly you can look at some head mesh on this forum
And finally maybe some haed ref and human anatomy studing could help...
Anyway your model is ok in the overall the main shapes a re here you just have to rework your mesh...

It looks nice but yeah the proportions look a bit off.
I see that ur using "girl" by kim goossens as a reference.
But its going well, keep it up!
