Ok, I know that there is very little to show here, but im more looking for some advice on how I should continue my model and this thread gets more views than the general help thread, so Here is what I have so far...

I am unsure of how to continue the model, should I make a new plane for the doors and then a new plane for the back and a new plan for the bottom shape them mirror them and then somehow weld them to the hood or should i try and extrude edges from the hood and make the defined lines that seperate the hood from the bottom and the door etc with textures?

Thanks very much for givin me the confidence i need to try and finish this lol : P

I made a huge mistake and forgot to curve the back end tho, been spending the past hour and a half trieng to adjust the vertices to make it round :/

Hey nice modelling, but the back looks off. To me it looks like you've made the back squarer than it should be, and the edges look square too

looks pretty good but the back curves up a little, and it is also too square. It also looks like someone took your hood and bent it in half in the middle, it doesnt look like it goes smoothly from what i can see. The rollbar(?) looks good and so does the general shape of the rest of the car. Keep workin :)

edit: i mean the back is supposed to curve up a little

well, thats only half of the back but yeah it is more square than it should be, having a hell of a time getting it the way i want lol, and I see what you mean about the hood, Ill try and fix that

thanks for the feedback

get some reference pics, then print out the blueprints and try drawing a wiremesh onto it in pencil as you imagine the lines to be, i mean, the middle of the hood is ok but it gets much rounder near the corners and the bottom of the hood is supposed to be further in towards the centre of the car. this is just my opinion from what i remember a dodge looks like cause i can't be bothered to search for reference pics of it right now

the hood looks funky because i havent yet modeled the bottom of half of the front either, although i am getting frustrated with his and thinking of starting maybe a different and easier car for my first car lol
