Very nice, but make the specular sharper on his eyes, with the big blurred white spots it makes them look like hes crosseyed.

Added detail to horns, increased glossiness to eyes

The model looks great, but the position of the pupils looks odd to me.... It seems as if he's looking down the whole time

I don't know why the eyes are looking this way. I moved them out some, and that helped the cross eyed look a bit, but something about how they sit is just wrong. Any ideas?

Well there are two things I'm noticing that might be causing you problems with the eyes

1. The lower lid is covering up more of the pupil than the upper lid. I don't know if I've ever seen this when looking at references of eyes. At least not this extreme. This is giving us the impression that he's looking down. Although, even if he were looking down the upper lid would close as he were, your eye doesn't just rotate down. So I think you need to pull the eye up so the upper lid is covering more of the pupil.

2. There is too much eye white being seen on the outside of his head. Thats whats giving the impression that he's crosseyed. I'm afraid you're gonna have to actually go in and move the vertices on the outside of the eye and pull the in a little. This should help get rid of that cross-eyed look.

I'd say try that out and see if it fixes it up. Also, there is something about his expression that is making him look more sad or upset (not the angry kind of upset) than him just being mad. I'm having the same problem with my Apocalypse model. I couldn't tell you yet how to fix that one though. I'm gonna have to do some research on it myself in order to fix my own model so if I figure it out I'll let you know.

I think once you get these eye problems fixed you'll have yourself a pretty good character here. Good work.

This is a suggestion, maybe give the horns a bump map of ridges. Kinda like a rams horns are. Also more of the color of a rams horn. kinda like that dirty tan brownish look.

The modeling is great. Do what Vertigo suggested about the eyes.

Keep up the good work.

really like the modelling and the bump map.....
cant really say much on the eyes coz i cant figure out what really is wrong.....try pointin them slightly upwards.........what i can tell u is...that the diffuse map doesnt look right....the lip color seems to be beyond the required are.....and the overall skin color seems kinda flat......the horns look too metallic ....unless u were goin for that kinda look!!.....and about the eyebrows.....try pullin down the inner edges a little more towards the nose and raise the external edges a little more high....u should be able to get ur expression right.....hope this helps......waitin to see more....cheers.

Hey, I like it. I seem to be working on a lot of devilish characters at the moment as well.

I find that the mouth sort of looks like it's a Mr. Potato Head mouth. Like it's just set on top of the face and not really a part of it. I'd fiddle with the crease part and maybe fine tune around the lips a bit more.

Follow this link to see what I mean. Images #38 & 39. I use this tutorial quite a lot when I get stuck making facial details.

that tutorial is very good. I used it to create this model:
