Hi everyone.


I would like to thank Pi Song for taking time out from his busy schedule to make procedurals for this character and tips on Lighting. Thanx man, you rock.

Here is my progress with a little more of the Pyro theme. Gona add a bandage and some Band Aids next, then rigging Posing and a Scene.

i really like it but what bugs me is the height of the head. It makes it look out of proportion. If it was a smaller head she might look a little more angeli. Go pyros! Also, it looks like she totally scorched her hands lol. Maybe some bigger spots of black just to show like the soot of stuff flying around in the air, some on her jacket and face as well. Anyways waitin for updates :)

Sorry to disapoint you, but I don't make proportional characters.

She is suposed to be out of proportion in the same way that Mickey Mouse is out of proportion.

I'll make the soot on the jacket larger and more detail.

Looks good, but 2 suggestions.

1: I think the hood and the jacket should be one piece

2: Her fingers looks a little like those frozen french fries you cook in the oven:o IMO

I am now putting together scenes in way of a story board for a short animation.

I have given the character a basic rig for poseing. I shall upgrade her rig for animation.

My intention is to practise animation in LW and Motionbuilder.

If anyone has any tips on creating animated fire/smoke with Hypervoxels, please let me know.

Nice girlyou have there. The fingers seem a bit wrinkled too mebecause the segmentation of the fingers is exaggerted.

Yep, Craig made that building alright. His model is so cool.

I have fixed the hands, just U can't realy see in that scene, although they are still somethwhat exagertated, which is the kinda style I am aiming for, with exagerated proportions, like you see in cartoons.

Looks good:D I like the eye color on the last picture the best, is the color of the eyes going to change in the animation?

Are those 4 eyelashes I see on each eye? Did the rest of them burn?:eek: :)

I think there's is too much color in the smoke of the burning car, the orange and yellow color, unless those are supposed to be flames, if they are they need to look different IMO, looks good though;)

This wip is now a Storyboard. Maybe U didn't read that, hehe.

The last two images show a transition from Human eyes to Pyro eyes.

Hi,

Have spent the whole day doing test render after test render.

Now I have finaly come to the conclusion that this project is too big for 1 man and 1 PC, sooooooooo.....

I have decided to scale down the project, as I don't want to spend too much time on 1 thing.

I have ideas for some simple little animnations and stills that shall be much more manageable and more suited to my time frame.
