The japanese (can see from reg plate) do the best mods from my point of view. They always seem to have the "character" of the car in mind. All that happy/unhappy looking car stuff that they care a lot about.

Actually after I started this thread I went around the net and collected some. When they ran out I went and found some more (rinse/repeat). They are not from one place, I got them from lots of different sites. Choose your search keywords carefuly and you will be rewarded :D

Could be, but the site I got it from did say it was based on a TT. If it is a concept car, the question is whether a concept car based on a TT chassis can still be called a modified car or not.

I was wondering, if i want a nissan skyline (dont got money for it but its just a dream:P) can i just import it from england (i live in the netherlands) or is it very difficult, loads of forms and extra costs? Does somebody know something about this or has any experience with it?

a guy I know has recently imported one from england...but it takes some time before it's actuallly legal...he has to be checked (dutch: goedgekeurd) before you can actually ensure it etc.

he payed 80.000 euro for the damn thing, but damn...it's one great car I can tell ya.

I posted pictures of his skyline some pages back!
he still ahd his englisch numberplate there cause the import en check (dunno if this is the right way to call it, but i don't care :p) take very long.
He is the only one with a "legal" skyline in Holland if I stand correct! And that with an age of only 25!!! :grr:
I can't stand it.

and that's not all...his cars before this one were:

1st: honda s2000
2nd: subaru impreza WRC
3th: lancer evolution

and this skyline is his 4th car!


he is one lucky (rich) person...and no...he doesn't deal drugs or whatever!

I'm not really sure about your compliance laws in europe,
but I would get one imported from Japan.

If you are thinking from england, then you'll probably pay way too much. Japan would be a much cheaper option.
You can get a standard R34 GT-T (single turbo) from Japan for about AU$40,000.

If compliance laws wont allow a GT-T, you can get it "de-tuned" to an acceptable HP level.

Talk to your local car importer.
