Is this strange?...

Hallo.. has it sometimes happend to you that when u look at the time does it say 11:11 the same number..

Well to me does it say

666 and for the third time this year have i seen the clock say 13:13... I dont know why!!!!!!

Ok, let me explain how this works

You look at the clock, forum count (whatever) all the time. You instantly forget what number you saw as its totally irrelevant to your life. For all you know the number 2314 has turned up in your life 2000 times in the last month. You pay it no heed.

But, when you see 13 or 666 you remember it. So the next time you see one, you think why has this number turned up again. When in fact there are probably plenty of other numbers that are turning up in your life at least as frequently or more all the time

So ends the lesson for today :)

Im still undecided about the whole 13 is unlucky thing. I do tend to be extra careful on a Friday 13th though.

But its more likely that the reason things happen around 13s is that because people believe things will happen they actually subconsciously cause them to happen.

Like when you get half way around a corner on your motorbike and think you arent going to make it. As soon as you think that you are stuffed. You have to remain confident.

Stuff like that happen all the time, and deja-vu's and prediction that you made (even by joke) and come true and coincidents...they just make life more interesting, but u should make nothing out of it

Come to think of it, I was playing GTA:VC a few days ago, and one of my buddies was just on a rampage shooting everyone up with the chaingun. I was typing the cheat "NUTTERTOOLS" over and over to give him enough ammo. I'd typed it like twice in a row and decided that was enough for a while, and the total bullet count was exactly 1337. I thought that was pretty cool...

the number 13 and black cats crossing paths and all that happens to me all the time and nothing bad happens... I don't really do that whole superstition thing. Like Ironbuket said, it's all in the head...

How do you explain this then.. I was typing Phantasy Star online on mirc and when i pressed enter did this happen the damn teamsong came on the radio

As far as I know, every time I've had a bday on a Friday, it was always Good Friday. And I'm born on the 13th of April:).

about the numbers, happens to me all the time....

but on tuesday, at school, coz there's buildin work and all that, i saw three ladders lined up, and i didnt believe in superstition.... ;)

then, as we're waiting for our PE teacher, this guy im my year (grade) is already P'd off about something, comes to me for a fight (coz i have a reputation ;)) i didnt want to fight, it was the morning and i was really tired. so, this guy, whos bigger and broader than me (but not stronger :D) gets me in a headlock as i turn to walk away. he tightens his grip, and smashes my head in the window. i got 5 stitches and am scarred for life from the top of my nose to just above my left eyebrow.

I think this is a classic case of a self destructive personality.

On Tuesday you wanted bad things to happen to you. You walked under the ladders, daring “fate” to deal you a bad hand. Later when you found yourself in the situation with that guy you subconsciously wanted him to beat you up and so allowed yourself to get into a headlock and achieved your goal of proving to yourself that the world really does suck
