Well, I'm looking at purchasing the whole set of 3d Total Texture Cd's but I'm not sure what the lisence restrictions are. I couldn't find it on the site but perhaps I'm looking in the wrong place. I'm looking to use it for commercial projects such as architecture and video games projects. I'm just wondering if there are any restrictions I need to know about before I purchase them. ASAP......

As far as I am aware there are no licence restrictions, you are free to use the textures in any project once you have purchesed the Cds

Except for re-distribution (ie. you may not burn them on your own cd and sell them under your name) :)

Ok I get the non resale part except for. What if, you were say in the world of simulation, like I am for instance. When we sell a visual database we sell with textures too of course...otherwise the world ur in gets kind of dull with white boxes everywhere. Now, sometimes we also sell the right to modify textures but rarely to sell them. My question would be. Is this allowed? For us to sell the textures with te project as a part of the project. That isnt really distributing them in teh burn on cd and sell per copy sort of way.

Emperor,
you should address this question to Tom, he's the boss and can answer all questions with certainity.
roboctopuss, can you give us some details? e.g. what do you think is missing?
