OWOWOWOW!! oh man, I just gave my funnybone a big whack.

OWTCH! geezerlawheezer! it feels like the two little fingers on my left hand, as well as the side of my forearm is on fire! UGH! putting water on it doesn't help... AIGH! neither does ice.

oh GAWD! I hate nerve tricks. it's not actually injured, but my skin feels like it's all charred and coming off! NOOOOOOO!

GOOD PEOPLE OF SHRANSHIMUM! HELP! oooooohh it hurts!

water doesn't help! it's been hurting solid for 5 minutes! UUUGH!

Feels like my skin is shifting all together from my hand whenever I touch it. Take the tingly sensation you usually get when you hit your funny bone and THROW IT OUT THE WINDOW! it's NOTHING compared to this.

There is nothing funny about this pain! AUGH! my brother seems to think it's funny. I was dancing around in pain with ice all over my arm and he was having a good hyuck-up. AH! I HATE funny bones.

oooger!

oh, it hurts.

getting a little better now. Crap my thumb still hurts.

Sorry, i have to post this. It's 2:15am and i'm in extreme pain for an injury that didn't happen. My skin isn't even an odd tone. this is so freakishly weird... blugh!

Dude, sounds like you fractured your elbow, are you sure it was just your funny bone?

heh... I've pulled muscles in my legs just below my knees, hurts like hell when the leg is stretched out. But gets better the more I walk on it. And hurts like hell when I've kept it bent for hours at a time... or sometimes 15-20 minutes...

ooch. I was gesturing to my brother (cuz I was brushing my teeth at the time) and my elbow smacked against the edge of the bathroom door. Nothing else got hit. Just the nerve canal. Full Force.

I slept for about 8 hours, and my hand is still numb and tingly. Hope I didn't do any permenent damage. Now that thread of nerves is all swollen and sensitive.

I think i'll start wearing elbow pads around the house. ow...

Have you ever exercised or lifted weights and over did it? I'm a stubborn guy and always do more than i should and I tear my muscles. Whenever I get back to doing weights after a while and go for long heavy reps, they always tear, its just so hard to put the bells down :| One time it got so bad that I couldn't even pick up a pencil without it hurting so much. Ah well, you live and learn, So far its not that bad.

I do life weights, but recently i'm realized i've been overworking my muscles, so I cut down on sets. Only muscles I still overdo are biceps.

But no, it's not a torn muscle. feel around on your elbow. When your arms are relaxed at your sides, there should be a nubby of your elbow joint pressed against your side. Stretch your arm out, palm up, and feel around that nubby. There is a gap between the nubby and the rest of your elbow joint (excuse my sophisticated medical description of the human body). Put a finger or 2 in this gap, and bring your plam toward you, flexing your bicep and folding your arm. The gap your finger was in had disappeared, but in the area your finger is, a vein-like object should be. Move your finger back and forth, and you might feel it wriggling back and forth. Well, give that nerve canal a good squeeze or press. When it pops from under your finger, you will get a mildly entertaining sparky sensation up and down your forearm and pinky finger...

... Now try giving it a hearty whack head on with a heavy hammer... No holding back...

That's what I felt (and am still feeling) I stimulated my nerves in the wrong way, tricking my brain into thinking my arm was on fire. It's rather cool when you think about it, but it's not really cool to experience it...
