hey, Im back with something new :)
my other car was in a rather old style, so i thought, lets make a modern/futuristic car now :)
and here it is, its verry WIP, and i'm calling it Arrow because of the verry pointy cocpit that will be on top :)
some renders:

All good and nice, but i just would not want to drive a brick like that, no offence, your mdelling skills are probably fine, or developing towards that. But do you really think you would rather have this car then any other car?

I think what he's trying to say is, make it more aerodynamic.

yeah.. i think you guys are right :)
but because i've only drawn a top view on paper, and not so much thought about the side and aerodinamics.. i think its back to the drawingboard for me :)
and i'll be back when i got some real flashing designs :D

It’s not that bad for an off the wall concept. Hell, its better then 90% of the stuff coming out of Japanese automotive design studios. I do agree, however, that flairing the fenders a little wouldn’t hurt. Also, on the third image of your opening post, is the right side of that picture the front? If it isn’t, then I really think it should be. -- Keep us updated.
Cool rims are going to make or break this car.

I've got some rims you can have for it, if you want them... I modeled 'em back in the day for a car I was working on, but I got tired of it... anyway here's a pic to see if you want to try them.

Oh yeah and nice work, too! :)
I like how this thing is styled.. it's nothing like any of the cars I've seen other people modeling... good stuff!

@ splint, thanks :) but in my frist post isn't a third image.. but if you mean the second one. the left side of it is the front..
@ Tvaren, thanks for the offer, those are verry nice rims. but since i work with rhino, and your rims are probably made in max. i don't think it is gonna work well..
so i will try thinking of some nice rims myself :)
and about my car, i'm just trying to be original :p
i might do some work on the car today, i will post an update if so.

Yeah good point. I do most of my modeling in Rhino, but for cars I try to stick to Max so I don't go overboard on the polygons. :)
The thing I don't like about importing Rhino models into Max is that I can't seem to get the polys to arrange themselves in a sensible order. They're always triangulated and scattered around all over the place. Either way, keep up the good work!
