Add edges

I'm having trouble with a tutorial.
For this way working I need a tool I can't find.
The tool is called 'add edges' and should be included in version 7.5 of lightwave.

I guote:

Am I misunderstanding something or am I looking for the wrong tool? Or is it something else?

Does anybody know anything about this tool?

Ooohh... I've never heard of this but it looks like a right little beauty. If pressing lowercase g does nothing then it might not be installed. Check in the plugins listings of modeller and also keyboard shortcuts.
