i dont know if you have something like this, but you should have monthly or weekly interviews with popular, upcoming, talented modellers, see how he started modelling, what are his/her favorite techniques/things model, tips for new modellers, and other subjects. I think it would be a good idea, could help newer modellers understand better . Just an idea:)
