I need an animator

I apologize if this is the wrong section to post this thread.
Right now im looking for an animator that is up for making an animated hip hop video which is about 8 minutes long for a good price. My team already has the whole storyline written up which includes all of the scenery and ideas. I know for a professional animated video it will cost us thousands of dollars which is why im trying here so hopefully i can get in contact with one of you who are willing to charge a good price and are just as skilled as the professionals. Hope someone is up for the project.:)
