Wasnt sure if this should go here, but here seems resonable. Me and my friend tyler are make plans to create a game. I wont go into details about the game in less you are intrested, and i dont mean this offensivly but actullay have some decent skill. Im sure you all know the rolls in making a game, but here are some.

Im not saying we cant do any of these, im just saying you should be able to do one of these. Also i wasnt sure what to call it, but setting up online server.
Now im gunna try to explain this a little bit but i hope no one takes this in the wrong idea... if your intrested in staff and ur not liking the idea you mave have taken it the wrong way so still talk to me about it. But if you have ever played gunbound we are taking ideas from that as the free login, how its tied in witht he site and being able to log on to the site and view your info and others. Its gunna be sort for MMORPGs but also kinda like a first person shooter in a sense. Kinda like jedi knight II is(remember dont think exactly like jedi knight 2 this woudl b taking it the worng way). But we may possibly have swords and other weapons along with guns. We are also using ideas from some of our favorite games like tribes ONE and half-life and counter strike.
Now i hope that helped a little bit and remember dont take things the wrong way. Now as part of the dev team you will be submiting ideas of your own and most likley making them happen. But remember this can be hard work, and you must be dedicated, no backing out half way through.
PS: If you can find me a staff member, i will give u a beta account of the game and you will have admin privs to the game, such as picking your level and items etc... all that good stuff.
