Is it somebody who is running for president of the united states?
Nice concept!

Sweet :)
Ehm in the background probably a list of all his fiasco's from the past years...
There was a list of those somewhere on the net but basically America had most of the world's sympathy after 9/11 and woulda followed it anywhere, but Bush managed to turn things in a way that even Russia who's all big on fighting terrorists said no to going to Iraq...
Couple of burning kids or something.

hmmm....lots of free Iraq folks now that they are not under the leadership of Saddam. But I do know what you guys are saying. I feel like I was lied to so we could go to war. American politics are a joke. This is the funny part....im NRA but I would vote for Michael Moore if he ever ran. Im just a lost person I guess.

I would NEVER vote for someone like Michael Moore. I don't see how he's any better than Bush. He makes documentaries like Bowling for Columbine and Farenheit 9/11 which are so incredibly biased and frequently based on rumors, even though I've heard they're very good watches (I'm watching the first one now actually). I'm not sure I like Kerry's wife either...but I'm not old enough to vote anyhow...so who cares.
That being said, I'm not a big fan of Bush, but this piece isn't really meant to say any bad about him other than his stance on gay marriage. I know I haven't got the full story, but I feel really horrible for those people who got married in Cali and the Cali Supreme Court voided them all.

I like Kerry's wife. She speaks her mind. I don't like Kerry. Who is that guy. If I had to vote today I would vote for Bush. I like Michael Moore because he is such a good debater. He says what he wants and not what people think he should say. I disagree with him a lot but I still have respect for him. He challenges everything and that is patriotic.
Anyway, what is your drawing going to be about?

I know it's very rough looking at the moment, but it's a great start, alot better than I can draw, I suck a drawing people:o ;)
I would have guessed Bush too, it really looks like him.
Are you going to color him in or are you just going to use a pencil?

QUICK doodle. Please only crit on idea. Or Bush-Gollum.
Explanation:
Some ppl are floating on marriage licenses in the heart of Mount Doom, using their gay rights pickets to paddle to the cliff, but of course the paper is burning at an alarming rate and everything is literally "going up in flames." A few are clinging to the cliff edge, but their path is blocked by a Barbie doll. The only way they can save themselves is to grab onto the arm of Barbie, symbolizing getting a "normal" marriage, b/w a man and a woman. And the fiery pit will be shaped like California. *giggles at blatant use of symbolism*
Btw, if you didn't get it the first time...Bush is hording the "gay marriage ring". "IT'S MINE!!! My preciousssss..." :p

artist71: I had a long rant about Teresa, but my computer froze. You are lucky. haha. Basically she's Bush's diplomacy skills (zero) times a billion. But at least she has opinions, Laura Bush hasn't done anything really important that I can think of.
rubberduck: you're very good at 3d tho! (haven't seen too much of your 2d) This is not a finished piece, it was just a doodle in PS. We have to turn in 4 sketches every friday on our new concentration piece. I am hoping to paint it...(I just got Painter Classic), but my art skills are pretty horrible...especially painting...or coloring in general.
And we have to do 12 final pieces on a concentration. Mine is most likely just "things that **** me off". I think the next one will be about ppl who just don't get that digital art IS NOT changing photos to grayscale!!!!! :grr: *draws these ppl with a axe over their head*
Please crit these two on proportion, will use them in this piece:

Lol i love the bush thing! The first male drawing looks good to me, and (although i know nothing about proportions) the females legs look a little big to me. I always make eyes too big... Keep it comin :)

first time to use painter. only painted a few times in real life and never oils which doesn't help either. I ruined the features quite a bit by painting.
please help with "illumination" (there is a fire pit down below him) and making his features more like Bush.

color looks great, very heated :) Oops, the reason i thought it was a female was because of the eyes and lips. My bad. For a male those legs look fine
