Wow, this has got to be the BEST cinematic I've seen, blizzard has been pushed aside for now (probably only until their next game comes out). I have the beta and the demo, and I have to say this game is looking quite good, the icons in the demo are alot better than the beta version. I still suck ass at the game, I might be looking at the pretty graphics instead of thinking about gameplay, but I don't mind, lol.

Anyone else have the demo (http://www.dawnofwargame.com)? and want to comment on it? I really hope there will be more cinematics for the game, because it just blew me away from the first few time the clouds moved away to the end. Relic should now be a HUGE force to be reconned with :)

I didn't play the beta but i did install the demo. I think it's the best RTS game of 2004 and the cinematics are really superb, i never skip the intro :), it's just pure eye candy.

The graphics are quite ok, almost as good as ground control 2.

I also suck , the enemy builds his units way faster than me.

I really like how you can upgrade your weapons, buildings and units.

In red alert 2 your units can be upgraded by killing a lot of units, i wish Dawn of War had that feature also.

I am not a fan of real time stratagy games but I downloaded this for the animation and it was worth everyone of the 300 megs. I have watched it so many times.

Is the demo harder than the beta? I found it very easy to beat the AI in the beta

I played the CRAP out fo the beta.. it was ok... alot of bugs big time... i am gonna go and download the demo now.. :)

I got mine from fileplanet... sure you have to wait in line, but I do other things while I waited, it is worth it though :)

The AI in the beta was crap, it had no challenge to it, but the demo, holy crap... I got worked on hard... I could hardly even advance, lol

How do you download from fileplanet using Firefox? I had to give up and use IE instead. Strangely the queues figures showed up different IE than in Firefox...

Its a good game, played it a lot in beta. A lot of work was put into making all those animations for battles and I must say I love them all :D
