You have to paint under the body in your favorite image editing program kind of like this (done very quickly cuz I'm just demonstrating something)

you are right but if i want to make an animation, for example the camera is moving around the car, how can i make real shadow! Is it possible!
Place a plane underneath your car - and then apply a 'Matte - Shadow' material to it - should work a treat :)

1. choose matte/shadow
2. Choose how dark the shadow should be
3. Drag and drop the material on the plane
