Very nice. I like it. The level of detail is powerful while maintaining a simple model structure. OSHA might not like it though- that fan is exposed.

Consider adding in a bar or two (or three, each side bolted to one of the six fasteners you have on the sides of it) To give the impression that it is lightly covered. But it's your model, do what you like. It looks great no matter what.

I agree. I think that for safety reason someone should not be able to pass his hand though a protection grid in front of the fan. This is to give you an idea of the grid pattern...
Moreover, the fan doesn't look very effective. I mean, the shape of the blades. Look at your car's fan, for example. ;)
Apart from that, it looks cool.

Very cool modeling Bullet, can you post a wire??
Just one crit: habitually these cooler fans have 3 blades, and as -Steph- says the shape don't look great.
In general, very good detail, keep it up ;)

on the final render if you was really safety conscious
you could add a yellow and black Sign that might read DANGER ! LOL
