Max Script books????

Hi all, I'm trying to track down a book on maxscript... the one that everyone seems to be talking about "Maxscript and the Sdk for 3d Studio Max
by Alexander Bicalho, Simon Feltman"

is apparently out of print :(


does anyone else know of any other books at all?

I know the 3dmax 6 bible has a section on it but I'd rather not buy a huge tome of a book just for the last chapter

I would like to bump this question. I can script some easy stuff, but i feel like i'm missing tiny details from basic to advanced. Any good book out there that could summ it up in an easy to follow manner
