First of all, welcome to the forum, bugda1.

Looking at your website I see that your portfolio of clients is excellent and you obviously have a high industry reputation. Your brief is simple and concise but I'm afraid will need some expansion.

I have several questions.

1. What is the timeframe for this project? (1 week, 1 month?)
2. What specifically do you want from this project? Is a it a fictitious office or should it be based on blueprint/phtos of a real one?
3. Payment for the project. Will this be before or after final submission of the product? Is the price fixed or will it vary with the quality of the work?
