Great work and fantastic composing with the wet scene. Just a suggestion: do you think the headlights need some droplets on them? I think it looks strange without but at the same time if the car was moving it would probably be going fast enough for them to just run off.
Either way I really like it.
Oh and on the front wheels, are those brakes on the ouside? Crazy Le Mans car designers...

hey nice to see you remember me!
thanks for all the help back then, but i really got sick of that project and it was pretty crap so i abandoned it...:( :p
anyway your scenes are brilliant as usual! any chance of getting a 1280x1024 of that baby? :p
by the way what do you mean by splash? could nt you just set up a particle system from behind the car???
my new project here (http://forums.3dtotal.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=23116&perpage=15&pagenumber=1) is if your interested..:D ;)
no pb man ;)
please, tell me which picture of the car, you want me to give you, i always render the car in 1800*1200, so, just have to post the good :)
yes, you tell me you're a bikecycling fan when the 'tour de france' were last summer, you bike look good too, i'll post some request on your post (since i'll success geting notification with this forum :grr: )
the splash, yes, a particule system , not very happy of this technic, but i'll certainly do that, i forgot i can use the car as deflector so, i'll not have any pb :)
I'm getting grade on matte painting too, so, let's go (when i'll have time, i'm modelling a alpine a443 for a modelling tut )

how about a render of the wet scene with your particle system in there...;)
1800*1200!!! what kind of a pc do you have?!?!? it takes me about 3hrs to render 640x480 with no reflection in a scene!!!
glad you like the bike, its coming along pretty slowly but i plan to do the whole lot, groupset and all and make a scene for it...
good luck with the particle system, cant wait to see a render!
thanks mate!:p
