Hey this is my first aniomation ever im not proud because ive seen alot better so cirtique and gime me pointers

Can anybody Help me with optimising render times with these animations? :(

It works, if it's to display that building, then thats all you have to do. If you've done it for a client i'm sure he will be satisfied with it.

However, to make it better I sugest the following:

Make it more dynamic, especially around the pond, put a moving texture on there to make it look 'real'. not photorealistic, just so that it's believable...

Think of a simple visual story to show off the place..

If it has birds, start with some birds pecking on the ground (hard I know, but you get the idea) or just have one flying past the camera,

It just looks a bit static, thats all, like you would show if you were going to develop it, but I get the feeling you want to show the place off, so make it exciting, ad some moving grass in there, make the camera moves less perfect...

Look at movies at the beginning of a new scene to see how they introduce the set...
