render in exact scale 1:100 ????

I want to render a building in front view in scale 1:100 - is it possible in 3dsmax? or is there a plug-in which set the view to this scale? it is quite hard question, I know

imagine that I made a building in max in exact dimensions(15meters long,30 meters wide etc). And when I want to print a front view render to format A4 - there should be setting for viewport, that printed image will be in scale 1:100. Like that is in autocad for example. Therefor I think there must be a way.
