Hair\Fur

I want to make hair\FUR on a cartoon character, and I heard about a (plugin?) called "SHAG: Hair" or something, If thats right, does someone know where I can download it? or do I have to pay for it? :)

Shag/Hair is a plugin by Digimation, cost $299.00.
Try this one it is free. Do a search here on the forum some people were using it.
