go to material properties in the mat editor and turn off reflection
however the whole point of raytacing is to reflect....if you don`t want reflecting...then just use a standard mat.

Hey there:
many thanks for the reply but that's not the proble exactly what i meant was that i just don't want my background color to affect the raytraced materials i mean when using a white background the it's reflected on my materials and the whole picture's becomming kinda white what i meant is that i need a way to lock my background color so my materials won't reflect it i'm encluding a file that i made to help you know what i mean exactly

If you have an enviroment map applied you can tell the objects to reflect it or not so.
But the global enviroment is different...it is always there and is always reflected unless you set something else in the enviroment slot.....
so if your global enviroment is just black or white...or anty color in between..your materials will reflect that....you can`t tell your objects not to reflect the global enviroment.
you can however place and hdri file into your enviroment slot and have your objects reflect that while still continuing to have your black or white bkgnd....in this case it will ignore the visible black or white bkgnd....and reflect your hdri instead.
ciao
