exporting to flash

Does any body know if I can export an animation to flash from max 6?

Is it possible to import avi files into Flash? Then you just could render it avi, and import it into flash, then render it :)

much thanks.... but this animation has to go on to the web and would i be right if i said that would make a pretty big file?

You can compress it right? Or maybe there are some programs (freeware) which can make your movie file smaller :S. But i dont have a idea, never tried it, worked a while with flash, but that was a year or 2 back, so cant remember it anymore ;)
