This week we have two themes, since the cartoony/funny theme was not so popular :p.

1 Theme - The most beautifull Christmas Card you can think of.

2 Theme - The reason for the Rudolf's red nose.

Ok, here's mine. I can't call this one a speed painting, actually this one is only a preview / unfinished version of my current serious painting work which I hope....also finish within this december. :o I though maybe I can use this one to cheer up this thread?:Dhehe.:D! Of course when its finished, I will post it to 2d finished section. btw..for the reference itself, I take it from my old christmas card.

bobjackson, :) maybe my work has make you confused, I'm really sorry for that:o , as far as I know, you're more than able to take some more time and do another drawing. but in the end it should be only one of your painting that is voteable and you must decide which one is.

btw, I think my work doesn't have to include in voting, because I took too long to draw it:o :o .just want to cheer up this thread a bit:D;). I promise to post the finished one later in 2d section.

yes it's illustrator but no scan for the background, i only use photoshop.

bobjackson, as i said earlier, great illlustrations and typography, I hope you are sending those to your friends and family!
Androgs, I really like the mood on yours, very different from bobjackson's, tome and "sunsety" colors make it a little sad, which is the best part, reminds me of home (thats why thank you :)).
CHK- your santa looks like George Lukas a little bit :D its fun, poor pigeons :)

3. CHK - yeah, it does almost look like Lucas. anyway, it's good drawing. based on how "scribbled" looking some of your past sketched have been, it is a bit suprising to see that this drawing turned out so clean.
