View Full Version : render view
If you make for an exemple a city, and i want to render it, but i want to make it like youre going truh the city, so your point of view flies next to the buildings.( like filming with a camera in real life) but how do it do that, i use studio 3d max 7.
thx

make a camera, animate it so it moves through the city.
In any of your viewports, press 'c', it will bring up the camera view.
Do you have to render it, in a special way?

i'm not sure what you mean by that. But if you have the viewport selected where you have the camera view and render it as you would render normally, it will render what the camera 'sees'. I think you can even select which viewport to render in the render window.

You need to set up the camera movement as an animation, then just render the number of frames you need. You can change how many frames you want to render in the Render dialog :)
