Resize models?

Ok, I am no modeler, and have little experience with 3dsmax. I am the leader of a mod and we have just got a couple of models ingame, but one is tiny and one is huge. How do I resize the models?

highlite the model...right click and select scale...an icon will appear on the model....left click the yellow triangle in the middle of the icon....holding down your left mouse button...drag your mouse...:)
