anyone know of any good tuts for texturing a house?

Im new to max and I really cant find a nice tuturial about how to texture a house, most of the tuts skip many points and I get stuck. Anyone know of any detailed texturing tuturials?

I'm pretty much with you on this one. I have ahorse model that needs to be textured also. I'm gonna try adding hair with ornatrix, but if you want to texture your horse I'd recommend doing some good uv unwrappin and creating the textures on a paint/image editing program like photoshop.

well I'm acctualy an expert in photoshop so making textures isnt by biggest problem. :D

first, somethings wrong with me becasue I'm positive you said horse not house. But in that case 3dtotal has a good tutorial for texturing a house in the project overviews.
