If you are already able to extract them, then I assume the files it extracts are the ones you are having problems running? What are the file extensions of the files it extracts? Is it a CD image file?

For bin+cue you can use a cd burner like Nero for example ( http://www.nero.com/en/index.html ) to burn it to a real CD

or

Use something like Daemon tools ( http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/portal/portal.php ) which lets you mount the files as a virtual CD drive

You can then install the software

If it was .exe then you can just run it and see what it does. Hopefully not infect you with a virus and wipe your hard drive :D

cue file is just a text file, you can open it in notepad. The bin contains the real data

that game is something you got legally right? You would never download .bin files for a game you hadn't payed for right?

There is real text inside a cue file (unlike an exe file). It shows where new tracks start and end. It also shows where to burn pre- or post gaps. On rare occations there may be errors in the cue file and you can open it in notepad and make modifications.

The most common problem is someone renames the files, not knowing that the orginal filenames are specified inside the cue file.
