Is it possible to combine the following chamfer techniques so can get a perfectly round corner? Or is there another way to do it?
I use 3dmax6, hope you can help me

...What?
Hahaha, I'm having trouble understanding your predicament. It looks like you want to combine two surfaces 'over the top' to make them smooth. Is this correct?

yea i think thats the same thing, the image on the left (wich i made myself with paint) is the thing I want to achieve on the corner I painted on the right with the blue circle around it. The images made in max6 show how i chamfered some edges to achieve that result but as you can see its not the way to do it.

I just understood what you're going for (The green is what you want, the red is what you have?)
But I haven't the beginnigns of a clue on how to do that.
Sorry my friend. :dunno:
P.S. Wern't you the one who did that chess board back in the day? How'd that turn out? :D
