I'm building a face that I want to put 'fluffy' hair on. Think of a mad scientist with frizzy, fluffy hair that doesn't have much substance to it. I want to make that. The character is cartoony though.
What's likely to be the best method? I have access to Shag:Hair if need be but I'm happy to use a different solution if it would be better.
