How is this skin texture made ?

Is it made by photoshop , if so , can you tell me how , pliz ?

read through these tutorials especially the ones with uvw mapping,
it would be a help if we knew what software you used but you should get to grips with uvw mapping and unwrapping anyway.
texturing sad mike is a good start for tutorials about it.

I use 3dsmax ..... i think that skin was made by photoshop

to be used in Unwrap UVW modifier in max.....

i need a tutorial that explain how i can make that skin in

photoshop.
