a problem about Unwrap map

Hi,
I have a problem when I unwrap a box with Flatten Mapping in the Edit UVWs windows.as you know,there are six clusters and I want connect them together in Edge sub-object level.I selected a edge(turn red and the other one will show you with blue),then
used stitch to weld them.but something happened which wasn't like what i have seen in a Tutorial about Unwrap.The two edges welded together,but the other edges didn't move or rotate to fit its original shape.in other words,the cluster was stretched. In that tutorial,all the edges(or the cluster) did together.

I want to know how i could do that.

You have to manually select, ratate, then move that face over next to the other, then weld.

this problem was solved by myself.it's a bug of my Max5,and now I could do the same thing like that tutorial with new version of Max5,Max6 and Max7.
